Diabetes Education and Clinics
Being diagnosed with diabetes can be overwhelming. We want to be part of your support team as you manage your diabetes. At Melissa Memorial Hospital our team of certified professionals at the Family Practice is focused on providing you the best care, information, and encouragement along the way.
Annually we offer the National Diabetes Prevention Program and recently started offering it in Spanish. This program is free to those who meet specific criteria designed by the CDC. To learn more contact our team at (970) 854-2500.
