DAT

Direct Access Testing (DAT) offers routine screenings and laboratory work weekly at a discounted rate. These services are not billed to insurance and are intended as an effective means to monitor your health. The MMH Lab operates Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 5 PM. It is advisable to call in advance to arrange an employment drug screening.

• CBC/Chemistry panel      $40
• Vitamin D                          $35
• PSA                                   $25
• A1c                                    $20
• TSH                                   $20

PLEASE NOTE:

No doctor's orders are needed

Walk-ins are welcome

No insurance taken

10-12 hour fasting encouraged

Patient is responsible for their results
