COVID-19 Updates
All patients being seen by a provider for COVID-19 related symptoms will need to follow the steps on the COVID-19 visit check in informational ad. This includes an e-check in, isolation in specified covid-19 rooms, and e signatures. This is for the safety of our patients and healthcare workers. We appreciate your willingness to help us stop the spread of COVID-19.
The Family Practice of Holyoke is accepting walk in appointments for the COVID vaccine every Thursday 9am-12pm and 1:30pm-4:30pm for 18 years and older.
Vaccine
The Family Practice of Holyoke and Melissa Memorial Hospital is accepting walk in appointments for the COVID-19 vaccination. The Family Practice of Holyoke provides vaccinations Thursday's 9am-12pm and 1:30pm-4:30pm for ages 18 and older and Fridays 9am-12pm and 1:30pm-4:30pm for ages 5 to 17. A 4th COVID-19 shot is available to patients 50 years or older or patients 12 and older with an immunocompromised disease. There may be short wait times.
